Taber Darland is both traditionally trained and self-taught on a number of instruments. Their musical talents combined with the natural gift and love of teaching makes them a wonderful teacher for all ages! Check out the offerings below: 

ONLINE Group Ukulele Classes 

Both classically trained and self-taught, Taber has over 20 years of experience playing and teaching a variety of instruments. Ukulele is a perfect instrument for beginners and students of all ages. The small body makes it effortless to hold and its narrow neck allows for playing that is easy and comfortable. In a fun and friendly learning environment, you will discover the basics of the Ukulele, including proper playing position, basic chords, finger picking and strumming patterns. With a little practice, in just 6 weeks, you are guaranteed to be able to play a handful of songs on YOUR OWN! 

No prior musical experience required for Beginning Ukulele Class 1. Some basic ukulele knowledge required for level 2 class (email for more info). All ages (10+ years recommended). Little Sapling Music produces joy-filled music classes and entertainment geared towards children ages 0-5 and their families. Founder, Taber Darland (formerly Amber Darland), is an award-winning singer+songwriter from Bellingham, WA.  Known for their pure vocals and heartful performances, Taber Darland skillfully delivers an engaging musical experience for little ones - weaving together traditional and original kids songs, finger play, rhythm practice and movement.
